Is it really free to post a job?
Yes. Job posters pay nothing to list a job, browse Helpers, or message applicants. You only pay when you accept a Helper and confirm you want to proceed with the booking.
When is the 10% fee charged?
The 10% platform fee is deducted from the job value when a booking is confirmed and payment is taken. It's built into the transaction — you don't need to do anything separately.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. There are no subscription fees, no listing fees, no cancellation fees (if cancelled before the job starts), and no charges for browsing or messaging. The 10% fee is the only charge.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major debit and credit cards via Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported on compatible devices.
What happens if I cancel a booking?
If a job poster cancels more than 24 hours before the agreed start time, a full refund is issued. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a partial charge to compensate the Helper for their reserved time.
How do Helpers receive their money?
Helpers connect a Stripe payout account during onboarding. Once both parties confirm the job is complete, funds are released and arrive in the Helper's bank account within 2 business days.
